Y-Libya unbootable chat client with arabic language

Y-Libya is one of 3rd party chat client, lightweight and very simple. Y-Libya is very simple in my opinion at all compared to the 3rd paty another chat client, such as yahelite, yazak, yahaven, ymlite, ysupra, yahboo, elixor, yahsmosis, and some other chat client, and as 3rd party chat client, y -Libya is probably one of the chat client is very simple.
