Why can’t i sign into ysupra

Several time ago I was having problems with ysupra 3rd party chat client that I installed on my laptop. I do not know why, suddenly my yahoo id can not log into ysupra, at the day before I can use my ysupra to enter room yahoo. At that time I still use ysupra version 1.0.0.53.

A few days later ysupra make update version 1.0.0.54, I try to update version 1.0.0.54 and apply ysupra updated on me, but still my id cant  login using the updated ysupra. Then I tried again with  remove the old ysupra (uninstall) and installed using ysupra version 1.0.0.54  with new installer, which I downloaded. However, the results remained the same, my id can’t get online using the latest version ysupra.

Then I tried again to uninstall ysupra version 1.0.0.54 , and then delete the ysupra folder in the directory C:\, who know there are system errors in the ysupra folder, so  although overwritten with the new install is the same result  “my yahoo id can not login with using ysupra “.

After I delete the folder Y!Supra in the C:\, and then install ysupra version of 1.0.0.54, then I can make my yahoo id online using ysupra.

Therefore, if you are experiencing the same thing with me, namely,  can not be online using ysupra, then things should be done is:

• Uninstall your Ysupra
• Delete Folder Y!Supra in the Program Files (C:\Program Files\Y!Supra)
• Install Ysupra, using the new Master
